I decided to create a piece inspired by my yearly trip back home to tiny ol' Auburn, NY for Thanksgiving dinner with my parents and siblings.

I’d meander through the Pocono mountains late at night with my windows down and the brisk night air keeping me company. Garrison Keillor would be talking through the radio, sharing his thoughts on the small town abnormalities of Lake Wobegon. “Where all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and all the children are above average.”
